For when all is measured, when all is counted, when all is considered in life, that which has lasting value is this treasure your forgotten child has given you – wisdom and love beyond expression. Find the innocent child within yourself and you will discover your True Self. It is the experiential discovery of your Spirit – the Great Loving Wise One within you. Music Video: “Great Loving Wise”

Song Lyrics

There is a feeling I can’t describe
It’s a knowingness deep inside
It is great
It is loving
And it is wise
No words could ever express
The joy I feel
The tenderness
The love I feel is ahhhhhhh!
The peace I feel is ahhhhhh!
At first I dare not even believe
That something so great be inside me
But now I turn to the wisdom within
A love that’s always been
It is the experience too profound to for words
Sacred truths emerge
The love I feel is ahhhhhhh!
The peace I feel is ahhhhhh!
Musical Bridge
No words could ever express
The joy I feel
The tenderness
The love I feel is ahhhhhhh!
The peace I feel is ahhhhhh!

The Important Questions To Ask Yourself

Answer the question(s) that best fits your problem or goal. Then listen or read you answer looking for insights.

1.      What in my childhood do I need to heal?

Here are my painful memories.I make a list of painful events and conditions.

2.      I can’t remember much of anything upsetting about my childhood.

If I could remember what kinds of things do I think I would remember?

3.      I don’t want to go into my childhood pain.

Who or what in my past causes me to avoid pain?

4.      It feels as though I am unsafe and might even die if I talk about (think of or acknowledge) my childhood conflicting experience.

What experience might I have had as an infant, fetus, or child that felt life threatening?

5.      Who or what is great, loving, and wise which is within me? My higher power?

Am I willing to turn to it for love, wisdom, and guidance so I can remember my childhood? When?

6.      I believe that there is a higher power but that it is outside myself. I feel powerless to do this.

What am I afraid I would feel or experience if I saw that there is a higher power within myself?

7.      I am afraid that if I face my pain that it will kill me, that there is no way out.

What is the pain and how can I find a way to face it?
