Past Life Regresson: Healing the Past. Lauren’s Story

Lauren had suffered with depression for years. Finally she tired of the doctors appointments, the medications, and most of all the unending return of depression. By the time she came to my office she was thoroughly fed up and ready to do anything to turn her life around. She was angry. That’s good thing when it comes to healing. Sometimes it takes a healthy dose of anger to get the energy to do what need to be done. For years Lauren had a repeated thought about someone in her past that had hurt her but she couldn’t place who it was. When her friend suggested she do a past life regression she was hesitant but willing. When Lauren went into hypnosis she found herself in a deep state of relaxation. I asked her to automatically go to the source of her depression in a past life. She immediately (it’s usually always immediate) found herself in a small village in Africa. She was the only woman in her village that could not have children. There was a strong woman in the village who had great influence who continually verbally shamed Lauren (with another name and race, of course) for being barren. She felt such shame that she carried the shame forward into other lifetimes. When she emerged from hypnosis Lauren said that woman who had shamed her was the person she kept thinking about in her current life. Lauren’s depression was gradually lifted. She got of her medications and told her doctors she was better.
