This is how it works:
- Do a kind deed for someone
- Give the notebook to them
- Ask them to write their experience, do a kind deed for someone else, and pass on the notebook
- When the notebook is full it will be returned to you at the address you write on Page One of the notebook. You will be able to read about the wave of love you have begun.
